Q: What is the check in and check out time?

A: Check in is 2 pm and Check out is 12pm

Q: What is the check in procedure? 

A: When you book the house you will receive an email  which explains our check in procedure.  Please make sure you keep this email.

Q: If I arrive late do I need to advise you?

A: There is no need, you can arrive anytime after the check in time, just follow the instructions in you confirmation email.

Q: is linen supplied.

A: Linen and towels including bath mats are not supplied in the basic tariff.  Linen, towels inc bath mats are available at extra cost.

Q: What supplies are currently in the house.

A: As the house is self contained no housekeeping service is provided during your stay.  When you arrive the following items are supplied.  A starting supply of coffee, tea, sugar.  A Toilet roll with one spare in each bathroom.  Washing up liquid.  These are sufficient for a  two night stay.  If you are staying longer please feel free to bring your owns supplies or there is an IGA nearby.  Bromide tablets and a testing kit for the spa water is also supplied along with Gas bottles for the BBQ.

Q: Have your staff completed the Covid 19 Infection Control Training?

A: Yes our staff have completed the course.

Q: Is there a boat ramp and moorings?

A: There is a boat ramp suitable for launching a small boat.  For larger boats a public mooring is nearby.  There are moorings on the Northern side of the property for 2 boats.

 

Q: Is there instructions for the property?

A: We supply, house instructions as well as a code of conduct for the property.  There are also laminated signs to help with useful information on how to operate appliances. eg Spa, TV
